2006 Cabernet Sauvignon
Diamond JEM Vineyard, Paso Robles
Our highly-rated 2006 Cab Sauv is a big, fruit-forward red, and more complex than our 2005 Cab. The grapes come entirely from the Diamond JEM Vineyard in the Westside Paso Robles appellation. The old vines at Diamond JEM are meticulously hand-trained to ensure maximum quality. This is a food-friendly wine that pairs nicely a juicy filet mignon or porterhouse steak. You can shelve this wine for 4-5 years or open and drink it immediately.
