2008 Sauvignon Blanc
Paso Robles
The 2008 Sauvignon Blanc is a medium-bodied white wine with good balance and a crisp palette. Our 08 Sauv Blanc has hints of light toast and apple. The grapes come entirely from Kartsioukas Vineyard, located in the Templeton area of the Paso Robles appellation. An ideal warm-weather wine, the Sauv Blanc is delicious with BBQ meats, game, pizza and medium bodied cheeses like Gouda, Gruyere or medium cheddar. Best served chilled.
