Our 2010 Chardonnay is a crisp, Chablis-style white from the esteemed Jespersen Ranch outside of San Luis Obispo. With a floral nose and hints of stone fruit and caramel, this Chard has a crisp beginning where citrus zest awakes the palette. Butterscotch, vanilla and caramel linger with a buttery soft finish. A nice warm-weather wine, the 2010 Chardonnay pairs nicely with white meats, seafood, Asian cuisine & gourmet cheeses. Best served chilled.
