Criterium red blend

Paso Robles

Criterium label

Our Criterium is made with fruit hand-selected from our best lots of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Syrah & Petit Verdot. It matured in the barrel for almost 3 years and we only produced 35 cases, so this limited edition red blend is perfect for that special occasion. The Criteium is a full-bodied, complex wine with very smooth tanins and pairs well with a nice filet mignon. It is ready to drink now, but can be cellared for several years.
