With the 2021 vintage we decided to do something a little different. Traditionally we bottle 2 different Albarinos from 2 different vineyards: Spanish Springs and Squire Canyon. In 2021 we blended the two together. While the characteristics of Spanish Springs Albarino shows more the marrying of the two makes form an exceptional Albarino hitting all the marks. Aromatic, crisp, clean, with bold minerality.
