Slipstream Albariño is a new production for Peloton. Its harvested from a fairly new vineyard approximately 2 miles from the ocean. Like our traditional Albariños this production is beautifully aromatic, crisp and full of flavors such as peach, guava, banana and lemon curd. It’s aged in neutral french oak barrels that offer subtle notes of homemade pie crust on the finish.
