New Wines from Peloton Cellars!
Feb. 16, 2009 - Peloton Cellars is proud to introduce
our new wine releases for 2009! On March 15, we released
our velvety-smooth 2006 Laetitia Vineyard Syrah and our
work-horse 2006 Paso Robles Old Vine Zinfandel. In Summer 2009,
we will release our 2008 Sauvignon Blanc, a medium-bodied, well-balanced, crisp
white wine.
Our '06 Laetitia Syrah is cultivated in a fog-soaked vineyard and thinned to a single cluster per shoot to ensure the highest quality berries. Our '06 Zinfandel is another outstanding success in a long history of excellent wines from the head-trained old-vine Dusi vineyard in Paso Robles.
The '08 Sauv Blanc fruit comes entirely from the Kartsioukas Vineyard and has
a tropical nose interlaced with hints of kiwi, pineapple, and grapefruit.
