2007 Sauvignon Blanc

Paso Robles

Zinfandel label

New for 2007, the Sauvignon Blanc is a medium-bodied white wine with good balance and hints of lemon grass and light toast. The grapes come entirely from Kartsioukas Vineyard, located in the Templeton area of the Paso Robles appellation. An ideal warm-weather wine, the Sauv Blanc is delicious with BBQ meats, game, pizza and medium bodied cheeses like Gouda, Gruyere or medium cheddar. Best served chilled.
