2005 Syrah
Paso Robles
The 2005 Syrah is dark and bold with a nice, round nose. It is made entirely from grapes harvested from Lockshaw Vineyard, who supplies fruit to numerous high-end wine brands in the Central Coast. Reknown for quality, Lockshaw thins their berries to single-clusters to concentrate the grape’s flavor. We recommend that you open and decant the Syrah for 30 minutes to an hour.
