2005 Zinfandel
Paso Robles
The 2005 Zinfandel is the workhorse of our collection and is a wine that we take great pride in crafting year in and year out. 50% of the fruit came from the old vines of Swiss Collina, located in the rocky hills above San Miguel. The remaining fruit was harvested from Lockshaw Vineyard on the Westside of Paso Robles, where it was thinned to single-clusters to concentrate the fruit’s flavor. We recommend that you open and decant the Zinfandel for 30 minutes to an hour.
