2011 "Andy's Block" Pinot Noir

2011 "Andy's Block" Pinot Noir

Jespersen Ranch, Edna Valley

The ‘Andy’s Block’ Pinot Noir pays homage to our dearly departed friend, Andy Blodgett. This wine is a direct result of Andy's attention to detail during the installation of Jesperson Ranch and his passion for creating one of the best Pinot Noirs of the Edna Valley. This wine has medium tannins with a nose that hints of kumquat & cherry and a long elegant finish.

Our ‘11 Pinot Noir pairs well with white meats, fine cheeses like creamy brie & gouda and pesto. It is ready to drink now, but can be cellared for a couple of years. We recommend that you decant our Pinot Noir for 30 minutes before drinking.
