50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 50% Petite Sirah

Due to late season heat wave and very little water, we lost a large amount of our Cabernet Sauvignon yield in 2016. Fortunately, the Petite Sirah was abounding and beautiful. Big Ring is a blend of the two for something fun this season. It's beautiful and complex. Moderate tannin, gorgeous ruby red in color, dark cherry, raspberry, tobacco, spice, clove...and more. We are thrilled to add this wine to our list.
