Our traditional show stopping Albarino is as fantastic as always. Harvested from the acclaimed Spanish Springs Vineyard of the SLO Coast AVA. Aged in neutral French oak barrels for approximately 7 months and fermented dry. Citrus and apple notes wake the palate while stone fruits adorn the finish. Oak influenced honey notes also grace the finish.
