Harvested from the Spanish Springs Vineyard which sits 1.5 miles from the Pacific Ocean. This wine is everything SLO Coast. Crisp acidity on the front, well developed mid palette and long fruitful finish. Slight butterscotch notes dance on the finish with just enough character to compliment and balance the acidity.
