2011 "Lunacy" Cabernet Sauvignon
2011 "Lunacy" Cabernet Sauvignon
Lunacy Ranch, Paso Robles
The 2011 Cab Sauv hails from Lunacy Ranch in the Paso Robles appellation. It is a fruit-forward wine with a ruby red color and soft in tannins. There are hints of smoke, raspberry and coffee with a subtle finish of black cherry.
This is a food-friendly wine that pairs well with a juicy ribeye, cheeseburger or a nice pasta dish. You can shelve this wine for 5-7 years or open and drink it immediately. We recommend decanting the 2011 Cab Sauv for 30 to 45 minutes.
