Lunacy Ranch, Paso Robles

Using the bold red blends from the Bordeaux region in southwestern France as our muse, our "Criterium" is made with fruit hand-selected from our best lots of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. This is a limited edition, red blend that is the ideal wine for that very special occasion. 

The Criterium is a full-bodied, complex wine with very smooth tanins and pairs well with a nice filet mignon. It is ready to drink now, but can be cellared for several years. We recommend that you decant the Criterium for about 45 minutes before drinking.
