2012 "Le Pave" Red Blend
2012 "Le Pave" Red Blend
Jespersen Ranch, Edna Valley
Pronounced "Lay PAW-vay". Named after the cobblestone pavers in the famous Paris-Roubaix road race; Peloton Cellars’ Le Pave is a small lot, vineyard designate blend of Syrah and Grenache from the Jespersen Ranch of the Edna Valley. It is a full bodied wine with elegant texture and moderate tannin. With prestine care winemaker and vineyard manager, Bill Kesselring, hand selected these two varietals to create a blend of elegance, beauty and perfection. It is ready to drink now, but can be cellared for a couple of years. We recommend that you decant for 30 minutes before drinking.
